Frequently Asked Questions

Badges

Each attendee will receive a name badge upon check-in at the Annual Conference. Your name badge is the official conference pass and should be worn at all times during the meeting. Name badges are required for entry into paid/ticketed events, as well as the conference buffet lunches Thursday through Saturday.

Certificates of Attendance

Certificates of attendance will be distributed electronically directly following the conference to those who request a copy on the conference registration form.

Certificates of Presentation

Certificates of presentation will be distributed electronically directly following the conference. Those who require a physical certificate can request one during the conference at the registration desk.

Coffee Breaks

The conference registration fee includes two coffee breaks daily on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Coffee will be served in the Foyer.

Exhibits are open on Wednesday during the Welcome Reception. They are also open Thursday – Friday during the coffee breaks and lunch break.

Guests and Children

ISOQOL asks delegates to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the 2022 Annual Conference.
Sessions at the conference are restricted to registered attendees only.

All attendees can connect to the conference hotel Wi-Fi with the details below. For reference anytime, the internet password is printed on the back of your badge. To ensure a secure network, you will be asked to reenter the password after 24 hours of use.

English is the primary language of the United States and the official language of ISOQOL. All presentations will be written and presented in English.

Lunch Breaks

The 2022 Annual Conference registration rate includes buffet lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Conference attendees can choose from one of two lunch shifts that best fit with SIG and Committee Meetings, which are also scheduled during this break time.

ISOQOL is pleased to offer a mobile app filled with conference information, allowing you to carry the entire program in your pocket!

Update your notifications, contact details and interests within your profile

Within the mobile app, select “My Schedule” in the bottom toolbar then select “Edit my Profile” in the upper right corner. Here you can update you picture, your bio and contact information.
Select “Edit Interests” to update your interests to connect with other attendees with common interests.

Build your personal schedule 

See a session you want to attend? Click the 3 dots next to the session name and select “Add to Schedule”. You will then find the session added to “My Schedule”.

- Print your personal schedule

Would you like to print your personal schedule? Open the conference platform at https://isoqol2022.vcd-eventsforce.com and sign in. Once signed in, click on “My Schedule” shown in the side toolbar. Click the “Print” button and select the format you would like to print.

- Sync your personal schedule

Want to sync your conference schedule to your personal calendar? Within the mobile app, open “My Schedule” in the bottom toolbar, select either the three dots in the upper right corner or the export icon and select “Sync/subscribe to Calendar”.

Share your unique QR code with other attendees

Want to quickly add a new friend to your contacts? Within the mobile app, both people select “More” in the bottom toolbar. One person selects “My QR Code” and the other select “Scanner”. Scan each other’s QR code and you will now find that person added to your contacts.
Find your contacts, by selecting “More” in the bottom toolbar, “Attendees” and then selecting “My Contacts” in the upper toolbar.

Schedule 1x1 meetings  

Want to request a meeting with another attendee? Within the mobile app, select “More” in the bottom toolbar, then select “Attendees”. Find the name of who you are requesting a meeting with and select the three dots next to their name. You can then add them to your contacts, message them directly, or request a meeting with them.

Session content is copyright-protected by ISOQOL. Recording of any session without the consent of ISOQOL is prohibited. Any recording done with consent of ISOQOL is for personal use only and cannot be reproduced or distributed.

All sessions and presentations, with the exception of poster presentations, are only available in-person at the Annual Conference. They are not digitally archived for later viewing.
